1. Digital Products
1.1 Game Codes and Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of game codes, digital downloads, and other digital content are generally final once the code has been revealed or the content has been downloaded. However, we offer limited refund options in the following circumstances:
- Unopened/Unrevealed Digital Products: If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet revealed the code or initiated the download, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-functional Codes: If a game code or digital product you purchased is non-functional (i.e., the code has been reported as already used, is invalid, or does not work as intended), we will either provide a replacement code or issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase verification.
- Compatibility Issues: If you experience technical compatibility issues that prevent you from using the product, and these issues are verified by our technical team, you may be eligible for a refund if reported within 7 days of purchase.
Important Note: For digital products, once a game code has been revealed, a digital product has been downloaded, or more than 14 days have passed since purchase, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law.
1.2 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.
- If you cancel within 14 days of initial subscription and have not utilized the service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Return Eligibility
Physical products purchased from PuildsGG may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging (for sealed items such as games).
- For items without security seals, they must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Merchandise must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of use.
- All components, accessories, free gifts, and documentation must be included.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
2.2 Non-Returnable Physical Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
- Opened software, games, or media products where the seal has been broken.
- Personal items such as headsets, controllers, or other accessories that have been used.
- Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Limited edition or collector's items that were specifically noted as non-returnable.
2.3 Defective Physical Products
If you receive a defective physical product:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos or videos documenting the defect.
- We will either arrange a replacement or process a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred for the original delivery.
- In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item before processing the replacement or refund.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly upon approval, the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank's processing times.
3.1 Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns of non-defective items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid shipping label or reimbursing your shipping expenses.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@puildsgg.com or use our contact form on the website. Include your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for your return/refund request.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions or questions.
- For Physical Returns: If approved, you'll receive return instructions, including the return address and any necessary return authorization numbers.
- Package Return Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the provided address, keeping proof of shipping until the refund is processed.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we'll process your refund according to the timeframes above.
5. Gift Purchases
If the item was purchased as a gift, the following policies apply:
- Refunds for gift purchases will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method, not to the gift recipient.
- The gift recipient may return items following our standard return procedures but will need to coordinate with the original purchaser for the refund.
- We can offer store credit to the gift recipient as an alternative, with the original purchaser's consent.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Pre-Orders
For pre-ordered products:
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the product is released or shipped for a full refund.
- Once a pre-ordered digital product has been delivered or a code has been revealed, our standard digital product policies apply.
- For physical pre-ordered items, our standard return policies apply once the item has been shipped.
6.2 Limited Editions and Collector's Items
Due to their limited availability, collector's editions and limited-run items may have more restrictive return policies, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. Generally, these items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
6.3 Promotions and Discounted Items
Products purchased during special promotions or with significant discounts may have modified return policies, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. In the absence of specific terms, our standard policies apply.
7. Right of Withdrawal for European Customers
If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquired, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Digital content where the download or streaming has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that your right of withdrawal is lost.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
